  4. Professionally designed postcards will be mailed out to the neighborhood, homeowners and other contacts*.

  5. Residential properties will be advertised on the MLS to agents, brokers and clients accessible from all over the world.

  6. Commercial properties will be prominently featured on Loopnet and other websites and mass emailed to members.

  7. With the owner’s permission, a For Sale sign will be placed on the property.

  8. A custom color property brochure will be professionally created.

  9. A custom property website will be created (for example www.618Maple.com) including a property description, photos and video.*

  10. Your property will be featured on Karlton Stone's social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and new media.

  11. A professionally designed E-mail blast with photos and a link to the property website will be sent to realtors.

  12. When appropriate, we can place your property in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, etc..*

  13. Professional staging is available for certain listings.*

  14. Gourmet cuisine catered open houses and Broker Caravan open houses.
