We use our Proprietary Marketing System to provide maximum exposure for your property.

Every listing is a full-service listing.

Our marketing plan includes, but is not limited to, print, internet, social media and proprietary databases:

  1. Professional photography and video will be taken of your property at both daytime and night time.
  2. Professional photos and video with description will be posted on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Zillow, Trulia, and other websites. 
  3. Samira will email several thousand of her personal and business contacts which include many affluent community members, decision makers, architects, developers, designers, CPA’s, business managers, lawyers, doctors, celebrities, etc…
  4. Professionally designed postcards will be mailed out to the neighborhood, homeowners and other contacts.
  5. Residential properties will be advertised on the MLS to agents, brokers and clients accessible from all over the world.
  6. Commercial properties will be prominently featured on Loopnet, the commercial listing service and mass emailed to members.
  7. With the owner’s permission, a For Sale sign will be placed on the property.
  8. A custom color property brochure will be professionally created.
  9. A custom property website will be created (for example including a property description, photos and video.
  10. Your property will be featured on Karlton Stone's social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and new media.
  11. A professionally designed E-mail blast with photos and a link to the property website will be sent to several thousand realtors nationwide.
  12. When available, we will place your property in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, etc..
  13. Professional staging is available for certain listings.
  14. Gourmet cuisine catered open houses and Broker Caravan open houses.
  15. Special twilight broker open houses with gourmet cuisine catering for certain listings.
